General Warranty Terms:

• Parts Warranty: Parts are covered for up to 5 years from the purchase date against defects in workmanship and material. This coverage applies under proper installation, operation, and maintenance.
• Vehicle Warranty: Specific warranty periods apply to different parts and components, as outlined below.

Specific Warranty Periods for Non-Fleet Vehicles:

• Vehicle Frame: Covered for 5 years.
• Deep Cycle Battery (Electric Models):
• 2 years or 23,000 amp-hours, whichever comes first. Note that additional electrical components may modify this warranty.
• All Other Parts and Components: Covered for 3 years.
• Shuttle, Terrain, and Utility Vehicles: Warranty extends to 2 years for all parts and components.

Warranty Start Date:

• For parts/components other than Deep Cycle Batteries: The warranty begins on the date of delivery to the purchaser’s location or when placed in storage.
• For Deep Cycle Batteries: The warranty period starts from the earliest vehicle delivery date, storage date, or one year from the sale or lease date.

Exclusions and warranty Limitations:

• The warranty excludes routine maintenance items, normal wear and tear, and damages resulting from inadequate maintenance, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized parts use.
• Modification or alteration of the vehicle from BogeyBoo specifications voids the warranty.
• Damage caused by acts of nature, theft, vandalism, or external factors is not covered.
• Transport expenses for warranty service are not included.
• Legal claims must be made within three months of the warranty claim date.

Battery Warranty Specifics:

• Battery warranties must be activated within 45 days of vehicle delivery.

Warranty Waiver:

• Any modifications to the original Basic Design of BogeyBoo Golf Carts Chases, Motors, Gearbox, Suspension, brakes battery, control will void the warranty, But cosmetically changes do not necessitate changes to previously manufactured warranty.
